Elderberry for Immune Support

As the seasons change and coughs and flus start to circulate, elderberry is a beautiful herbal ally to have on hand.

It is best taken in small, frequent doses about 2 hours apart as soon as the first symptoms of cold and flu are felt. It works by inhibiting viral replication, acting as an antibacterial, supporting the immune system with anti-inflammatory properties and has been shown to reduce the length and severity of of illness.

Can be taken in liquid form, as a lozenge or syrup.
