Moringa ~ Did you know..?
Moringa ~ maybe you've seen it in powdered form at a health food shop or online. But did you know that it is actually a fast-growing tree?
It has a high nutritional content and particularly high antioxidant levels, which help to protect our cells from damage. Eating fresh moringa straight from the tree will yield the highest health benefits, but its powdered form is much easier to obtain and can be added to foods in a variety of ways:
~ Add to drinking water with a squeeze of citrus
~ Add to your smoothies
